Owner is super, super nice. Pretty much the whole family works here it seems. They have a punch card for every time you grab coffee (and maybe food as well?). after about 6 punches you get a free coffee or snack. The food is also great (I have tried the chili and sandwhiches) and I get the sense that this owner is all about quality over just making money. Every desert I have had so far is delicious! They also have a sign out front that changes daily, offering a free coffee to whomever's name is listed that day. Stop here for some coffee and then head to the den to study, or grab a haircut at the edge

Stopped in for the first time last week! Such a gem! They roast the Great Lakes coffee company. They made it as a pour over and it was delicious! I grabbed a couple of their specialty cupcakes. I took down a star because I felt like the little cafe menu was priced slightly high for what's offered, and I wish they had more of a treat variety, they only had 2 types of cupcakes when I was there. They do have ice cream, and other treats, I just wish it was more of a defined variety. I will becoming a regular there to try different goodies they bring out!

The ice cream here is made in Wisconsin and tastes delicious. Service was friendly and quick. We stayed and talked for about an hour and a half and not many others came in, but I wouldn't say that has anything to do with the quality of the product. Seating was plentiful and eccentric and if this was at a better location I don't see why it wouldn't be packed with more people!

Sweets is one of the best hole-in-the-wall coffee shops I've been to, and I've been to many cities and shops in my life. The environment is warm and cozy, with just the right amount of music and life while not being over-run with customers. The coffees and drinks are exquisitely made and taste delicious. The "Soup of the Day" is a neat thing they do, and the soups are of wide varieties (including veggie soups) and scrumptious. Best of all are their sweets: season-inspired designed cupcakes, different themed sweets (rice-krispies, brownies, cookies, muffins, etc). You name it they have it. And they're great. The owner, Kathy, is also super nice and helpful. She's brought us home-made chocolate chip cookies on the house, brings in tons of different ice cream flavors (Snickers, pumpkin-spiced, etc) and everything else. You definitely have to stop by and check this place out. Extras: Punch card (free drink/ice cream after 6 punches), "Name of the Day" - if your name is the "name of the day" you get a free coffee or ice cream!

This is a fantastic sweet treat find! Try the key lime cheesecake- super fantastic. We also had a chocolate covered Oreo, a brownie and a blitz bar. Each was very tasty! They have coffee and a limited but looked delicious lunch menu. Definitely worth a stop- 5 stars!

It's the best ice cream in town, bar none. The coffee is quite good too and the staff has always been friendly to me. I probably eat too much ice cream solely because of this place.

I prefer supporting local businesses rather than chains. It has a cozy and intimate setting. And, the staff is quite polite. Although I have never tried the ice cream, I have had the soup, tea, smoothie and a pizza sandwich thing. I would recommend the soup and the tea.

I usually stop by in the morning on the way to work to get some GREAT LAKE's coffee :) THere are usually two nice young folks working whenever I go. Regular Day: CHEAP GREAT COFFEE PUNCH CARD Nice Customer Service One day, I went there in the afternoon, and it happened to be during Happy Hour. "Buy 1 Ice Cream or Coffee and get 1 FREE" 4-6 Happy Hour I went in and there were 1 young folk & 1 blond lady, who seems like an owner. I ordered two coffees. They ringed up to full price. So I asked if Happy Hour does not apply. When I mentioned that the owner starred at me and she seemed she was not happy to give me the happy hour price. Also, at the end, they didn't give me a punch card.... maybe because I was getting the happy hour price..... Happy Hour: Cheap Great Coffee NO PUNCH CARD BAD Customer Service. It was the first time I was disappointed to the customer service. If they do not want to give me HAPPY HOUR price, then they shouldn't put them up in the first place.

I got a strawberry-banana smoothie and a cranberry, orange muffin. Both were very tasty! Price on both were fair. I will need to come back again, their coffee menu and ice cream selections looked good too! The service was fast and friendly. I got a punch card too - for every drink or ice cream you buy you get a punch. After six punches, you get a drink or ice cream free! I would recommend parking on the street (usually easy to find) as the lot behind their building is a bit inconvenient.

Great small local place. I went with my kids after playing in the near-by park.. the girls loved the ice-cream. & the coffee was really good. we'll be coming back for sure!

Newly opened ice cream, coffee, and bake shop on the corner of Auburn and Squirrel in downtown Auburn Hills. Currently the only place in Michigan to get Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream. Their stuff is very rich and very tasty. No matter, I was there for the ice cream. I had a dish of their heaps of love flavor. Vanilla ice cream with swirls of chocolate and caramel with chunks of Oreo, brownie, cookie dough and pecans. Excellent. Although I don't drink coffee, it looks like a fine place to have a cup. There was also a display case of fresh muffins and breakfast bread that looked pretty yummy.

Perfect little place! Very nice and clean. Yummy flavors of ice cream. I got coconut with chocolate almonds and it was amazing! Coffee was really good too and the owners are nice. Highly recommend!
